A judge has denied a request by trans Montana lawmaker Zooey Zephyr to be reinstated to the House Floor saying it is not within the court’s power. She continues her fight.

The Florida legislature passed a bill Tuesday that allows for healthcare to be denied to LGBTQ+ people if the person or organization providing care says it’s against their moral, ethical, or religious beliefs. This hellscape legislation is headed to the governor’s desk for signing into law.

The onePULSE Foundation in Orlando announced on Tuesday that the future Pulse National Memorial will not be located on the property of Pulse Nightclub. The foundation was not able to reach an agreement with the nightclub’s owner Barbara Poma, who also founded onePULSE. Just last month, the Foundation announced that Poma had stepped down from the organization. A location for the memorial will be announced later this month. The Pulse Nightclub shooting was one of the worst mass shootings in US History.

And a woman is suing Key West’s all-male Island House resort for discrimination claiming they would not rent a room to her, though the resort says they rent to women frequently, but refused service to her because she was being disruptive to other guests.
